Your Customized Garage

Garage units are typically 25' wide x 45' deep (1,125 SF) with a 300 SF Mezzanine in the rear of each unit.  This provides room on the main floor for four standard vehicles with plenty of room under the mezzanine for whatever you can envision.  The stairs to the mezzanine is tucked in line with the main entry door and the open mezzanine area provides space for many uses.

Units are delivered as a "White Box", all walls and deck above are painted clean white.  LED lighting provides a clear bright atmosphere, Floors are finished with your color choice of professionally installed Shark Coatings.  Each garage has it's own conditioning unit with a remote controllable thermostat.

Our luxury storage facility is open 24/7, so you can access your garage whenever you need to.  Entrance to the facility is controlled by a state-of-the-art security access system to ensure only garage owners and their guests enter the property.  The property is also equipped with the latest camera technology to monitor activity and act as a visual deterrent to anyone lurking about.  Lastly, your unit will be delivered to you with it's own access system and security system that monitors all doors and motion within your unit.

Each facility has a Custom Clubhouse that can be used by members to host an event, party, or business meeting.  Consider this an extension of your private garage.  Club House usage must be reserved in advance. 

Whether you have your own Detailer or you'd like to use one of our certified Detailers each facility has a wash bay that includes water and electric for use by any Detailer.  From Exterior cleaning and waxing to leather care to engine detailing, we've got you covered.
