Located in the Heart of New Smyrna Beach this future facility is surrounded by restaurants, shopping and community events.  There is direct access to US 1, Route 44 and a short golf cart drive to Flagler Ave. and the Intercoastal.  The current design includes thirty units all to be 1,100 square feet with a 300 square foot mezzanine in each unit.  The facility is designed with keyed entry gates for security, a 2,500 square foot clubhouse and a single covered wash bay for car washing and detailing.
